Cristina Bertolin, born in Barcelona, Spain, has always had a deep passion for architecture and design. Growing up surrounded by the rich history and artistic beauty of her hometown, she developed a natural love for creating spaces that blend style and warmth. This passion followed her as she moved to the United States, where she has spent over two decades living on both the East and West Coasts, as well as a few states in between. No matter where she called home, Cristina always took pride in transforming her surroundings into welcoming spaces that reflected her personal touch.

After settling in New York, Cristina's creativity flourished through DIY projects that captivated the attention of those around her. She gained a reputation for repurposing and restoring furniture, taking ordinary pieces and turning them into something beautiful and functional. Her love for design quickly became more than just a hobby, as people began to notice the unique flair she brought to her work.

Following the COVID pandemic, Cristina decided to turn her passion into a career. She co-founded Restored by CC, combining her love for design and her hands-on approach to furniture restoration. With each piece, she focuses on breathing new life into old or forgotten items, creating something that tells a story and fits seamlessly into her clients' spaces.

Cerelia Ramirez, born in Sacramento, California, has always had a deep connection to the arts. From a young age, she found joy in painting and sketching, constantly honing her craft with a creative eye for detail. Her artistic flair allowed her to add a unique spin to her work, making each piece distinctly her own. This love for creativity naturally led her into a career in marketing, where she could combine her artistic talents with the demands of professional design.

Throughout her marketing career, Cerelia worked on a variety of creative projects, including graphic design, web design, and logo design. These roles allowed her to express herself artistically while ensuring her clients' visions were realized in every final product. She thrived in bringing ideas to life, always balancing the goals of her clients with her passion for aesthetics.

Cerelia’s love for different cultures also shaped her journey. Drawn to the richness of diverse experiences, she studied different languages and even spent some years living abroad, immersing herself in new environments and ideas. This global perspective not only influenced her creativity but also deepened her appreciation for art and design from around the world.

During the COVID pandemic, Cerelia found herself in New York, where she met Cristina Bertolin. As their friendship grew, so did their conversations about their dreams and goals. They quickly realized that their unique skills and shared passion for design could complement each other perfectly. This realization led to the founding of Restored by CC, where Cerelia now applies her marketing expertise and artistic vision to help build and grow the brand alongside Cristina. Together, they bring new life to furniture and spaces, merging creativity and craftsmanship.
