Delivery and shipping includes service to the first floor. Some drivers work solo. It is required that the client provides assistance with delivery as pieces are delicate it is best to avoid unnecessary stress to antique pieces. If you can not assist and require white glove shipping/delivery service contact us first. There my be an additional cost for white glove delivery.

Estimated delivery time is typically 4 to 6 weeks, sometimes sooner, sometimes longer depending on scheduling. Please note, because the shipping companies DO NOT WORK FOR US, these times are not guaranteed and are only estimated.

If you are purchasing without viewing your piece first, it is the clients responsibility ask as many questions and request as many photos as needed to in order to feel totally comfortable before purchasing; including but not limited to size of the piece and your space, dimension confirmation (typos can occur), color (monitors, browsers, and lighting, colors my vary from colors shown), and condition.
