Buyers:

Please note all pieces are vintage. Vintage items will show their age and may not be perfect. Due to the nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We recommend viewing items in person before making a purchase. Please make sure to review each piece carefully before purchasing. If you are purchasing without viewing your piece first, it is the clients responsibility ask as many questions and request as many photos as needed to in order to feel totally comfortable before purchasing; including but not limited to size of the piece and your space, dimension confirmation (typos can occur), color (monitors, browsers, and lighting, colors may vary from colors shown), and condition. It is the clients' responsibility to determine if a piece/s is right for their space and all sales are final. No exchanges, refunds, adjustments, or cancellations will be made.

Realtors/Stagers:

For realtors or stagers renting furniture from Restored by CC, it’s important to carefully review our catalog and select pieces that best suit your space. You are responsible for making choices that align with your design needs, and once a contract is signed, all agreements, including timelines and costs, must be adhered to.

Online shopping:

Many of the products available for purchase in our store are Antique or Semi-Antique. Please anticipate normal signs of use or wear, such as minor nicks, dings, etc. We make every effort to provide accurate, detailed photos and descriptions. However, it's important to note that certain terms can be subjective and open to interpretation. We cannot be held responsible for any misinterpretations. Please feel free to ask questions before purchasing - if you need more photos than these can be provided.

The item you are purchasing is the exact one shown in the pictures. Please be aware that dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly If you require specific dimensions or additional details confirmed, kindly message us before making your purchase.

Returns and exchange details:

We aim for your satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return an item, you have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to do so, and we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. Please inform us as soon as possible, and once the item is returned in its original condition, the refund will be issued. Please note that all shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the buyer.

When you receive an item, we recommend inspecting it promptly. If the item needs to be returned, doing so at the time of delivery is the easiest and most cost-effective option. In most cases, shipping companies do not charge for return shipping costs back to us. However, if the item needs to be repackaged at a later date, it can incur additional time and cost for the buyer.

Please be aware that we can only refund the original purchase amount and not the shipping costs, unless a prior agreement has been made. If there is any damage caused during shipping, it is necessary to address the issue WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY ASAP. We will collaborate with the customer to ensure that any claim related to shipping damage is handled appropriately.
